Adrienne is the Executive Director of Leah’s Pantry, a California-based nonprofit recognized nationally for its pioneering work in trauma-informed nutrition security. With more than 20 years of experience, Markworth specializes in integrating the science of trauma and resilience into food security program design, organizational strategy, and multi-sector systems change.

In addition to community-centered initiatives in San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area, she leads a national training program for professionals to embed nutrition and resilience into their own workflows. A published author and experienced strategic planner, she is a frequent facilitator and convener on the intersection of public health and community engagement. Adrienne lives in San Diego with her family.
