Karen is a senior program officer with the Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future, where she leads research on food policy councils and community engagement in food systems change through policy and planning. Karen serves on the steering committee for Food Policy Networks, a national organization that exists to empower, connect and serve FPCs in building just and restorative food systems.
