Gretchen H. Kunkel is president of GHK Consulting and a mission-driven strategist with more than 30 years of experience advancing equitable food systems and community health. She has led and supported efforts resulting in more than 30 local and state policies that improve healthy eating and food access, active transportation, urban agriculture, and community wellness, and helped establish the Greater KC Food Policy Coalition. She has played key roles in food policy and food system coalitions, bringing deep experience in aligning stakeholders, securing resources, and driving coordinated change across the food system.
