Sharon Feuer Gruber partners with nonprofit, philanthropic, and other private and public sector leaders to advance equitable food systems and other community development efforts. A longtime consultant, she has worked with clients to develop healthy food financing initiatives, lead grantmaking program design and implementation, analyze value chains, and strategize about various community food security efforts. She has also consulted with food policy councils on organizational development, program design, and fundraising, and previously served as Chair of the Montgomery County Food Council. Beyond food systems, her portfolio spans a range of mission-driven organizations and sectors, with a focus on the intersection of strategy, impact measurement, development, and communications.
